Every lead is personally selected, background-checked, and trained in group management and first aid before their first batch.
Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
Any harassment, intimidation or disrespect results in immediate removal — no warnings, no debate, no refund. This rule is non-negotiable.
Pre-Inspected Stays
Every property is personally visited before the season. Secure locks, clean facilities, well-lit common areas — checked and confirmed, not assumed.
24/7 Emergency Line
A direct emergency contact is active for the full duration of every trip. Someone answers — day or night, without exception.
No Alcohol on Transport
Alcohol is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. No exceptions, no flexibility. The ride is safe and comfortable for everyone.
