Click “Book Now” on any trip, select your departure date and sharing type, fill in your details, and pay the advance deposit via Razorpay. You will receive an email confirmation immediately. Our team will reach you on WhatsApp within 2 hours with all pre-trip details and a welcome message.

The deposit is ₹2,000 per person (amount may vary per trip — check the trip page). The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances as it is used to secure accommodation and transport immediately upon booking. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on the balance refund schedule.

The balance is due 15 days before your departure date. You will receive an automatic WhatsApp reminder with a secure payment link 18 days before departure. If the balance is not paid within 3 days of the reminder, your seat may be released to the waitlist without any obligation on Triplio’s part to refund the deposit.

All payments are processed through Razorpay, which accepts UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options. We do not accept cash payments or bank transfers directly. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Yes. Bookings can be transferred to another person up to 10 days before departure at no charge, subject to the replacement traveller completing the booking form and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a transfer.

Working professionals and young adults primarily from Delhi NCR, typically between 22 and 35 years of age. Groups are capped at 18 people. Solo travellers make up over 60% of bookings on most trips — so if you are travelling alone, you are in the majority, not the exception.

Absolutely. Triplio is specifically designed for solo travellers. The fixed-departure, small-group format means you arrive as a solo traveller and immediately become part of a group. Most people form lasting friendships on their first Triplio trip. Women-only batches are available on select destinations — contact us on WhatsApp for details.

The price includes: return transport from Delhi (pickup from multiple points), all accommodation as specified on the trip page, meals as per the meal plan, a trained trip lead throughout, and any guided treks or safaris mentioned in the itinerary. Excluded items are clearly listed on each trip page under “Not Included.”

Pickup points vary by trip and are confirmed in the pre-trip WhatsApp message sent approximately 5 days before departure. Common pickup locations include Majnu Ka Tila Metro Station, Kashmere Gate ISBT, Akshardham Metro, and Noida Sector 18. Exact timings are shared in the trip briefing.

Mountain conditions can be unpredictable. Our trip leads are trained to make safe, on-the-ground decisions. If an activity or route must be changed for safety reasons, we will substitute it with the best available alternative at no extra cost. No refunds are issued for itinerary modifications caused by weather, road closures, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

Every Triplio batch is accompanied by a verified, personally selected trip lead. All leads are background-checked, trained in basic first aid and emergency response, and briefed on the specific destination before each batch. Their role is to manage logistics, ensure group safety, and create an environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable.

Zero tolerance. Any act of harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or disrespect towards any traveller or staff results in immediate removal from the trip without warning, without refund, and without negotiation. This applies equally to all travellers regardless of gender, age, or background. Incidents are documented and reported. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

Most Triplio trips are accessible to anyone in reasonable health. Specific trips with trekking components (Chopta, Manali) have a moderate fitness requirement noted on the trip page. You are required to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your safety during the booking process. Triplio reserves the right to decline a booking if the destination is medically unsuitable for the traveller.

All trip leads carry a first aid kit and are trained in basic emergency response. A 24/7 emergency contact line is active for every batch. In the event of a serious medical emergency, the nearest appropriate medical facility will be accessed immediately. Triplio strongly recommends all travellers carry personal travel and medical insurance. Costs of medical treatment are the traveller’s responsibility.

Alcohol is strictly prohibited in all Triplio vehicles during transit — no exceptions. At the destination, moderate personal consumption at appropriate venues is not prohibited, but any behaviour resulting from alcohol consumption that disturbs other travellers or compromises safety will be treated as a misconduct violation.
